Privacy Policy

Introduction

AI Drama Voice (the "Service") is an AI drama dubbing tool: you submit a script, and we use AI to split it into characters, generate a full-cast dub, and export audio and subtitles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — the email address, display name and avatar you provide when signing up; if you sign in with a third-party account (such as Google), the basic profile details that account shares with us.
2. Content you submit — script text you paste or upload (.txt), character and voice settings, pronunciation dictionaries and other dubbing settings.
3. Generated output — the audio (MP3), subtitles (SRT) and video files the Service generates for you, and the related generation history.
4. Voice samples — if you use voice cloning, the recordings you upload and the voice model created from them.
5. Usage and device information — features used, credit usage, error logs, browser and device type, IP address, and cookies that keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
6. Order information — order amount, product purchased, payment status and payment reference. Full card numbers and payment account passwords are handled by the payment provider; we never receive or store them.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide dubbing — analyzing scripts, identifying characters, and calling voice models to generate audio, subtitles and video.
• For billing — deducting credits by the number of characters generated, and automatically returning credits when a generation fails.
• To keep your work — saving your scripts, cast lists and generated files so you can download them and continue the same series.
• For safety and compliance — protecting your account, detecting fraud, abuse and voice cloning used to impersonate others, and labeling AI-generated content as the law requires.
• To communicate — answering your support tickets and sending essential account and order notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never publish your scripts, generated files or voice samples or make them available to other users.

Third-Party Services

To run the Service we share the minimum information needed with the following kinds of providers, only for the purpose described:

• AI voice providers — when you generate a dub, we send the script text (and, for voice cloning, the recordings) to the provider that powers speech synthesis, solely to produce the result you requested.
• Cloud storage and hosting providers — to store your scripts and generated files and to run the website.
• Payment providers — Alipay, WeChat Pay and card payments are processed by the respective payment providers. If you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your order may be processed by Waffo acting as the Merchant of Record; we share your account email, your user ID on this site, the product ordered and the amount with Waffo, which collects and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only receive the payment result and a payment reference.

We may also disclose necessary information where the law requires it, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights of our users and ourselves.

Storage and Retention

• Scripts and generated files stay in your account. You can delete them at any time, or ask us to delete them by opening a support ticket.
• Voice samples and voice models can be deleted at any time; once deleted, we no longer use them.
• When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep (such as order amounts and references) are retained for the required period.

AI-Generated Content Labels

In line with legal requirements for labeling AI-generated and synthetic content, every audio file the Service generates carries a built-in AI-generated label (including an implicit label in the file metadata). Please do not remove, alter or hide these labels.

Data Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and encrypted storage of sensitive configuration. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure; if a security incident occurs, we will notify you and take remedial action as the law requires.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for voice cloning, or delete your account. You can do this in your account settings, or by signing in and opening a ticket under Settings → Support Tickets; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Minors

Users under 18 should use the Service only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14; if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme. If the cookie banner is enabled on this site, you can change your consent for analytics cookies under "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email.
