Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Drama Voice (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

From the script you submit, the Service uses AI to identify characters, assign voices and perform each line with the right emotion as a full-cast dub. It can also voice the same cast in several foreign languages and export MP3 audio and SRT subtitles.

AI output can contain errors in pronunciation, phrasing, character attribution or emotion. Please listen to and check the result before you publish it. We keep improving the Service and may change, pause or retire features, giving notice in advance where we reasonably can.

Accounts

You need an account to generate dubs. Keep your sign-in credentials safe and you are responsible for all activity under your account; tell us immediately if it is compromised. An account is for you or your team only and may not be sold, rented or transferred.

Your Content

• Rights in the scripts, settings and recordings you submit ("Your Content") remain with you or the original rights holder.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to run the Service: storing Your Content, sending it to AI voice providers to generate results, and displaying it and making it available for download in your account.
• You confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use what you submit, and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, likeness, reputation, privacy or other rights. Get permission before adapting someone else's novel or script.

Generated Content and Commercial Use

As long as you follow these Terms, you may use the audio, subtitles and video the Service generates for personal or commercial purposes — including posting to short-video platforms, publishing in drama apps, and advertising and promotion.

Preset voices are shared by all users, so we do not guarantee that any voice or result is exclusive to you; others may generate similar-sounding content. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for the consequences.

Voice Cloning

If you use voice cloning:

• you may only clone your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you explicit written permission;
• you may not clone the voice of a public figure, celebrity, streamer or anyone else without their authorization;
• we may ask you to show proof of permission; if you cannot, or if we receive a complaint, we may delete the voice model and restrict your account.

AI-Generated Content Labels

Every audio file the Service generates carries a built-in AI-generated label. You may not remove, alter or hide it, and when you publish, you must clearly label AI-generated content as required by law and by the platform you publish on.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• impersonate a real person, fabricate someone's words, statements or conversations, or create content that could be mistaken for a real person speaking;
• commit fraud, phone scams or extortion, or defeat voice-based security checks;
• create or distribute illegal content, including sexual content, gambling, violent extremism, hate speech or disinformation;
• dub pirated novels, unauthorized scripts or other content that infringes intellectual property;
• defame, harass or abuse others, or invade their privacy;
• attack or disrupt the Service, scrape it or resell its generation capacity without permission, or get around credits and billing.

If you break these rules we may remove the content and suspend or terminate your account, and credits already used will not be returned. Where the law may have been broken, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities.

Credits and Billing

• Dubbing deducts credits by the number of characters generated. Plan prices, credit amounts and validity are as shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
• If a generation fails (for example, a system error or timeout), the credits deducted are returned to your account automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account; unused credits expire at the end of their validity.

Payments and Subscriptions

• We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank cards. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are charged once in CNY and do not renew automatically.
• Card subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders may be processed by Waffo acting as the Merchant of Record, which handles the charge, applicable taxes and billing; your statement may show WAFFO. When the price is in a foreign currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.

Intellectual Property

The software, interface, preset voices, brand assets and other original material of the Service belong to us or our licensors. Apart from using generated content as these Terms allow, you may not copy, adapt, reverse-engineer or resell the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will suit your particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in your account settings; after deletion, unused credits and the content in your account cannot be recovered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
